Hame UAS

Häme UAS, School of Professional Teacher Education (HAMK SPTE), Finland, offers training programs for professional teacher education, guidance counsellors and special needs teachers. In addition, it continuously educate vocational and professional teachers around Finland and world widely. HAMK Professional Excellence -research unit as part of HAMK SPTE is supporting customer-oriented research, development, assessment and forecasting projects. The main areas of focus of the Unit are professional competence for the future, competence management and leadership and digital competence. HAMK SPTE has been one of the Finnish pioneers in the badge-driven online education with many published scientific articles.

University of Córdoba (UCO) and its Department of Statistics, Econometrics, Operational Research, Business Organization and Applied Economics has a wide experience in HR and Business Organisation development. It has worked in professional profiling of educators and in creation of digital tools for competence measurement. UCO has has participated in a project of soft skills development for low-qualified entrepreneurs.

DEFOIN

DEFOIN is a training center. It was fundated with the idea of promoting the Training for Employment and Insertion of employed and unemployed workers. We are authorized by the Employment Public Service to provide accredited training aimed at obtaining certificates of professionalism. Defoin bets for professional skills in the development of Professional Certificates in different modes of delivery (classroom /e-learning).
DEFOIN has a large experience in the design, implementation, development and evaluation of training programs at national, regional and local level.
DEFOIN has a national network of more than 100 training center all along Spain.

The Hallgarten Franchetti Centro Studi Villa Montesca Foundation (FVM) in Italy specialises in training, professional updating and adult education. FVM is internationally renowned for top quality research and training in teacher training, ICT, education for European integration and regional cooperation. It has an important role at regional, national and European level in the promotion of lifelong learning as a tool for improving and strengthening social and work opportunities. FVM has a vast experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams composed of researchers from universities and other educational organisations. It has a strong competence in quality control and monitoring of the projects. Using its wide network, FVM is organising educational seminars.
